    Hi Jeremy,

    I tried with 3 CBVs and got the following results:

    1- Firmware: 9.2.0 : NBPro: OK, CXPro: OK (first time), No (second time)
    2- Firmware: 9.1.2 : NBPro: Ok, CXPro: No then updated the firmware
    3- Same CBV with updated Firmware: 9.2.6 : NBPro: Ok, CXPro: No

    4- Firmware: 9.2.6 : NBPro: No, CXPro: No ( I had to use a serial connection)

    I think this should be consistent, right? please see the pictures attached

    Has anyone faced this before?
