I added the adjust downstream of the occupied and unoccupied strategies and sent the value to the controlling PIDs. This stopped the doubling effect.

I run into the same problem. It looks like the stat adds the adjusted number to the setpoint Override output and adds it to the display. When I add the adjust to the strategy it in turn sends the value back to the stat thus making the value double. I am going to try feeding the Setpoint Override in downstream of the active setpoint. This is my first Fusion Stat.

No more problems but not clear on how it got got changed.

This happened again and I ran NbPro. I found that the point attribute out of service was true. I changed it to false and it started working. The output is a relay on a flx4. The controller is not connected to a network yet. I have another unit identical that works fine. Going to change out flex and down load.
