    I sent the same questions to tech support, I am waiting for a phone call.

    When I changed the auto restart time the problem never arose again. I just checked the auto reload setting as indicated in your great document, it was already 30 seconds. Maybe that issue is resolved by default now. Thank you for helping out. I have everything working pretty well now except the exception schedule.
