I ended up talking to Triduum directly and they sent me this guide:

I decreased my Mtu on my supervisor to 1100 following the instruction and since then the problem has not reappeared.

that’s not what that logo means at all, The only thing that logo means is that the images couldn’t be loaded. forbidden or invalid certificate are completely different errors, this is a http, site their are not certificates being used.

its not a browser problem, its the same in edge, ie, chrome, and Firefox. the web service is not feeding the image, see attached

That did not fix the problem. Also Email notification are still broken and need to be fixes soon.

I made one myself, you need Macrium Reflect to deploy it but, here is a copy if anyone needs it:
